After formation, the battery also needs to undergo aging. The so-called aging refers to storing the fully charged battery at a certain temperature. During the storage process, some side reactions inside the lithium-ion battery can cause changes in the external voltage and internal resistance of the battery. By monitoring the voltage, internal resistance, and capacity of the battery pack, it is possible to eliminate batteries that do not meet the self discharge and internal resistance requirements, in order to improve the consistency of individual batteries, At the same time, the aging results are also an important reference for subsequent battery pack matching. In order to accelerate the speed of battery aging and improve processing efficiency, manufacturers usually age at high temperatures (50-60 ℃) to shorten the battery aging time.
