According to data, Dangsheng Technology has publicly issued 20 million RMB ordinary shares to the public, accounting for 25% of the total share capital after the issuance. The company has raised a total of 72 million yuan from the ChiNext board, deducting underwriting fees, sponsorship fees, and other listing fees of 64.6281 million yuan. The net amount of funds raised by the company this time is 655.3719 million yuan. The amount required for the investment project in the original fundraising plan exceeded 483.4028 million yuan.

Dangsheng Technology stated that the annual production of 3900 tons of lithium battery positive electrode material production base project invested by the raised funds from this issuance. At the same time, the company plans to make the following arrangements for some of the excess raised funds: to use some of the excess raised funds to expand production lines and technical renovation projects, with a total investment of 122.3431 million yuan, which will be mainly used for the construction of production lines in Xinxiang Branch, Yanjiao Branch, and Haimen Factory, and to carry out technical renovation of the existing production lines in Tongzhou and Yanjiao Branches of the company.

The above technological transformation is important for the construction of an annual production line of 1000 tons of precursor materials in the company's Xinxiang branch, a production line of 2700 tons of lithium positive electrode materials in the Yanjiao branch, and a production line of 2880 tons of cobalt tetroxide in Haimen. Technical transformation is also carried out on the existing production lines of the company's Tongzhou factory and Yanjiao branch.

It is understood that Dangsheng Technology has three production bases in Tongzhou, Beijing, Yanjiao, Sanhe City, Hebei, and Xinxiang, Henan. The fundraising project will be executed in Haimen, Jiangsu. With a high level of research and development and technology, the company has developed rapidly, taking the lead in exporting lithium battery positive electrode materials to Japan and South Korea. Currently, the company has established good cooperative relationships with internationally important lithium-ion battery production companies, and five of the top six lithium battery giants in the world are company customers.

After the fundraising project is completed and put into operation, the company will quickly achieve the digestion of new production by expanding its supply to existing customers and exploring new domestic and foreign customers. This is conducive to the company's industry position improvement, and at the same time, it will take the lead in laying out the potential power lithium-ion battery field.
