Domestic battery companies have established overseas subsidiaries one after another

Data shows that Chinese companies are occupying the world battery market. In 2018, Chinese companies accounted for 7 of the world's top 10 auto battery manufacturers (CATL, BYD, Watma, Guoxuan Hi Tech, Beijing Guoneng, BYK Battery and Funeng Technology), and the other three companies were Panasonic, LG Chem and Samsung SDI.

On October 21 this year, the first overseas factory of CATL in Thuringia, Germany, officially started construction. After completion, this project will become the largest lithium-ion battery factory in Germany and also the largest production oriented green space investment project in Germany by China.
