On the afternoon of November 16th, Wulong Electric Vehicle announced that on November 15th, 2017, its subsidiaries Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Zhongju New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreements with the People's Government of Jianyang City, Sichuan Province and Kunlun Shi (Shenzhen) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., jointly contributing to the establishment of an electric vehicle joint venture company and a lithium battery joint venture company in Jianyang City, Sichuan Province.

Among them, Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile Co., Ltd., Jianyang Municipal People's Government, and Kunlun Stone (Shenzhen) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. jointly invested RMB 800000000 to establish an electric vehicle joint venture. Tianjin Zhongju New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Jianyang Municipal People's Government, and Kunlun Stone (Shenzhen) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. jointly invested RMB 200000000, Register and establish a lithium battery joint venture company.

According to the agreement, the newly established joint venture company will become an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary of Wulong Electric Vehicle. Among them, the electric vehicle joint venture company will be engaged in the production of electric vehicles, with an annual output of 400000 vehicles. The first phase is expected to produce 100000 vehicles per year before 2019. The battery joint venture company will be engaged in the production of lithium batteries, with an annual output of 4 gigawatt hours. The first phase involves the construction of a lithium battery production line with an annual output of 1 GWh. It is planned to start production before 2019.
