The main body of the project is Fujian Haidefu. The project is located in Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu City, Fujian Province. The total investment of the project is expected to be about 1 billion yuan. The investment will be divided into two phases. The investment in the first phase is about 500 million yuan. The construction period is two years, and the project is expected to be gradually put into production in the fourth quarter of 2020; The investment in the second phase is about 500 million yuan, and the construction is expected to start two years after the first phase is put into operation.

Fujian Haidefu was jointly established by New Zebang and Shaowu Hongwei Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shaowu Hongwei"), Shaowu Zhiwei Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shaowu Zhiwei") and Shaowu Hongda Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shaowu Hongda") with a total investment of 360 million yuan.

The company will make full use of its technical advantages and customer advantages in fluorine chemicals, semiconductors and electronic chemicals, focus on the layout of existing fluorine chemical products, expand and improve the fluorine chemical industry chain, and focus on expanding the fluorine containing fine chemicals and high-end fluorine materials with tetrafluoroethylene as raw materials, The main raw material of Sanming Haisifu is hexafluoropropylene, which complements the supply of special raw materials with Haisifu.
