1. Strictly follow the operating procedures.

During the charging process, it is necessary to promptly check and record the electrolyte density and terminal voltage of each single cell UPS power supply battery. Check and record every 2 hours during the initial and intermediate stages of charging; At the end of the charging period, check and record every 1 hour. If it is found that the terminal voltage and electrolyte density of individual single cell batteries increase slowly or even change indistinctly compared to other single cell batteries, charging should be stopped, the cause should be promptly identified, the fault should be eliminated, or small current charging should be carried out separately to restore normal, and then charged together with other batteries.

During the entire charging process, it is necessary to measure the temperature of each single UPS power supply battery at any time to avoid excessive temperature affecting battery performance. When the temperature rises to 45 ℃, charging should be suspended and continued until the temperature drops below 35 ℃. Air cooling or water cooling can also be used to cool down.

4. The initial charging work should continue and should not be interrupted for a long time.
