Today's Battery Magazine - Battery Alliance News (Zhiming Beijing Report) On February 7th, Guoxuan High tech revealed to investors that its mass-produced 32131 high energy density cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery has an energy density of 170wh/kg this year. Some electric passenger models of JAC and BAIC using this battery cell will have a range of over 250km and a cycle life twice that of ternary batteries.

Recently, Guoxuan High Tech announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hefei Guoxuan has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dayun Automobile. Dayun Automobile plans to purchase 6000 sets of pure electric vehicle battery systems from Hefei Guoxuan, with a total contract amount of approximately 750 million yuan.

On that day, the executives of Guoxuan High Tech revealed more information about the transaction. He stated that Guoxuan High Tech has been closely cooperating with Dayun Automobile in the field of logistics vehicles since 2017 and continues to supply goods. 2018 will be a year of great development for pure electric logistics vehicles. With the continuous reduction of production costs for power lithium batteries, the gradual improvement of supporting facilities, and strong policy oriented support, the urban distribution field will gradually promote pure electric logistics vehicles on a large scale.

Guoxuan High tech will continue to use high-performance lithium iron phosphate batteries with low cost, good stability, and long cycle life in logistics vehicle power lithium batteries. The single vehicle model in this cooperation with Dayun Automobile is around 90kWh, meeting the range of about 200km for pure electric light trucks of about 4 tons.
