The dividend of new energy gives car companies a new profit dawn, and also gives consumers a more energy-saving car owning life. However, when consumers happily bought electric vehicles home, in the actual use process, some car owners found that new energy vehicles were not as beautiful as expected. For example, how to charge was the most difficult and helpless thing for car owners!

First of all, according to the charging time, the current charging modes are roughly: slow charging, fast charging and power change.

01. Slow charging VS fast charging

Generally speaking, the slow charging of electric vehicles usually lasts for more than 6 hours. Therefore, in order to slow charging, overnight charging is often a must. For fast charging, some electric vehicles can charge 80% of the electricity in about 30 minutes, while other electric vehicles that are slightly slower only need 2-3 hours. However, fast charging has high requirements for the quality of the battery, and the reaction conditions of the battery under high current are too harsh and severe, resulting in a large loss of battery life and a significant decline in the battery safety factor. Therefore, it is not necessary to choose fast charging as little as possible, and slow charging is better for car maintenance.

02. Change power

As for power replacement, it is to directly replace a fully charged battery for the electric vehicle, skip the waiting time for charging, and the power replacement time=refueling time, so the time cost is basically ignored. Of course, no matter what it is, it is impossible to have only the good side, and there are also the bad side. Just think about the battery you bought yourself. Did you replace it with a new one or an old one? Are the battery specifications uniform? In addition, the battery plug and cooling management connection that are frequently plugged and unplugged may be worn out. Over a long period of time, electric leakage, water leakage, and even sparks when plugged and unplugged... Who is responsible for the problem? After all, the current promotion of power replacement has not been popularized, and its technical level needs more actual running in period.

Secondly, from the point of view of charging location, it can be roughly divided into three categories: home self charging, charging pile network and power station replacement.

01. Household charging cost

Charging your car at home is obviously the most convenient and economical choice. Taking BYD e5450 as an example, its battery pack capacity is 60.5 kilowatt hours (kWh). The most expensive household electricity in Fujian is 0.7983 yuan/kWh, and the most expensive fully charged electric vehicle is 48.3 yuan. Based on the 400km mileage of its official comprehensive working condition, the electricity cost per 100km is about 48.3/4=12.075 yuan.

Let's take a look at fuel vehicles. Take the 2018 Lavida 1.5L automatic transmission model as an example. The official fuel consumption per hundred kilometers is 5.5L. According to the price of the latest 92 # gasoline in Fujian, 7.4 yuan/L, the fuel cost per hundred kilometers is about 5.5 * 7.4=40.7 yuan.

Compared with the 100 km cost of the above electric vehicles, it is really economical to choose home charging for electric vehicles.

02. Charging cost of charging points

However, car owners without fixed property parking spaces have a headache. Not only can you not build your own charging pile, but also it is not convenient to charge from home. You still need to rely on the charging pile network to power your car. Let's also take BYD e5450 as an example:

Basic price of operating charging pile=basic electricity charge+charging service charge

At present, the upper limit standard of charging service price for electric passenger vehicles stipulated by Fujian Province is 1.00 yuan/kWh, while the basic electric charge is determined by the operator himself. Therefore, the charging standard of charging piles of various brands in the market is not uniform at present, and the cost may vary from about 3-1 yuan.

Taking the middle price of 2 yuan/kWh as an example, charging the e5450 electric vehicle will cost about 181.5 yuan, and the electricity charge per 100 km is about 181.5/4=45.375 yuan. Compared with the above Lavida fuel cost of 40.7 yuan per hundred kilometers, the electric vehicle cost 4.675 yuan.

Of course, this is the charge pile cost in an ideal state. You should know that the actual range of electric vehicles cannot meet the official standard, and we should also give a "discount" to the range. In addition, the charging pile is usually built in the toll parking lot. If the owner charges his car, he will not only pay the charging fee, but also pay the parking fee. If you choose slow charging, the overnight parking fee may be higher than your charging fee, which is a big loss.

However, you can't abandon the high charge of these charging posts! According to the statistics in March 2018, Fujian Province has promoted and applied 38000 new energy vehicles in total, and built 13000 charging posts of various types. In this situation, it is not easy to find a charging pile nearby to enjoy the fast charging service. The most embarrassing thing is that when your car runs out of electricity, you can't find a charging pile, which makes you even more sad.

Therefore, before purchasing an electric vehicle, it is better to consider whether you can install a charging pile or know whether the charging environment is convenient, so as to avoid happily buying a car and worrying about charging.

03. Power station replacement cost

As for power station replacement, take Weilai Automobile, the first company to propose the idea of personal power station replacement, as an example: although the first power station replacement has been completed in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and will be promoted in many regions of the country to achieve the "great" goal of 1100 power stations, it is disturbing to pay 1280 yuan of battery rent every month, not to mention that it may be a "white mouse" who is spending money on power replacement technology as safety monitoring.
