The project covers an area of 130 mu, with a building area of 43900 square meters. It is scheduled to be put into operation at the end of 2018. The company invested more than 30 million yuan in the construction of environmental protection facilities, and the production emissions of flue gas, dust, etc. met EU standards. The advantages of direct supply of natural gas and production capacity in the project area have been listed as provincial key projects by the local government.

At the event, Qu Yonghong, deputy head of the Standing Committee of the CPC Meixian County Party Committee and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Meixian County Party Committee, said, "Sanyi Hi Tech, as a new entity enterprise in the Bawanghe Industrial Zone of Meixian County, is committed to achieving two-way development between enterprise development and environmental protection, solving the problem of market supply and demand of graphite saggers, ensuring product quality with innovative patents, and ensuring productivity advantages with modern equipment."

Three patents launch square sagger crucible

The highlight of this activity was the introduction of a new improved square sagger crucible, which improved the utilization efficiency of the product and helped to control and save costs. For a long time, sagger crucibles used for purification of cathode materials in the industry are cylindrical. After investigation and research, Sany High Tech found that square sagger crucibles are the most suitable.

"It is easier said than done. It is not easy to make the sagger crucible used for purifying the cathode material from the original cylinder into a square." Wang Yingcheng, chairman of Shaanxi Sanyi Hi Tech Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd., revealed to OFweek Lithium Power Grid that the research and development team of Sanyi Hi Tech, in order to overcome technical problems, had made products that meet the standards after more than a year of experiments. In the process of research and development experiments, they also applied for three patents, which can bring more than 20% of the benefits to customers. The project adopts an environment-friendly automatic production line. The first phase of the project is under construction and is expected to officially reach production by the end of October.
