Taking the porous aluminum foil with a porosity of 17% and a pore size of 0.35mm as an example, experiments have shown that the viscosity of the positive electrode material is required to be around 8000, and the minimum should not be lower than 6000. During the extrusion spraying process, it is necessary to adjust the transmission speed appropriately. (If the slurry is left to stand for too long, it is easy for a small part to penetrate to the other side, which can be solved by rapid flooding.)
