The inorganic building base station has the characteristics of real integrated structure, low power consumption, stability and reliability, strong outdoor adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and flexible and diverse networking methods. Do not build supporting facilities such as machine rooms, power racks, air conditioners, which reduces the investment in supporting infrastructure and reduces the operation and maintenance costs in the later stage. At the same time, because the installation of the base station is convenient, the construction period can be shortened and the rapid construction of the base station can be realized.

Because the integrated outdoor integrated cabinet without the machine room base station is highly integrated, the equipment in the cabinet must be miniaturized and modular. The traditional valve-regulated lead-acid battery can not meet the standby power demand of the base station without a computer room because of its large volume and high environmental temperature requirements. The battery has small size, light weight, excellent high temperature performance, excellent cycle performance, high charge and discharge rate, green environmental protection, etc. It can be applied to the base station room with high temperature in the harsh environment of the base station, small space area and small load, etc., which can meet the backup power demand. Lithium iron phosphate battery is mainly composed of positive electrode, negative electrode, electrolyte and diaphragm. The cathode is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4, short for lithium iron phosphate). The negative electrode is graphite or coke.

(1) High flow

When the test temperature is 25 ℃ and the test voltage is 2.9~3.3v, the discharge curve of lithium iron phosphate battery at different times is shown in the figure. It can be seen from the figure that under different test voltage and multiple, when the discharge voltage is close to 2.0v, the discharge capacity is close to 100%.

(2) High energy density

The energy density of lithium-ion battery is 150Wh/kg. At the same volume, the energy density of lithium-ion batteries is about three to four times that of lead-acid batteries. Compared with lead-acid battery, the weight of lithium iron phosphate battery with the same capacity is reduced by 60%~70%. The energy comparison between lithium iron battery and lead-acid battery is shown in Table 1.

(3) High cycle performance

Generally, the charge and discharge cycle of ordinary lead-acid battery is 300~500 times, and that of lithium-ion battery can exceed 1000 times.

(4) Fast charging

The energy conversion efficiency is high, which can be charged within 1~3 hours, while the charging speed of ordinary lead-acid battery is slow.

(5) High security

Because ordinary lead-acid batteries contain heavy metals such as lead and antimony, which are easy to cause serious pollution to the environment, and are easy to leak in use and maintenance. If the sulfuric acid overflows inside, it will cause equipment corrosion and personal injury accidents, and lithium ferrous phosphate batteries do not contain any harmful heavy metal elements, which are pollution-free and safe, which is the safety of lithium ion batteries.

(6) Low cost

The service life of traditional 48V lead-acid battery is 5 years, while the service life of communication lithium-iron battery can reach 10 years. In addition, lithium iron phosphate battery adopts intelligent intermittent charge and discharge management mode, which greatly reduces the power consumption cost.
