The maintenance-free lead-acid battery is actually an upgraded version of the ordinary lead-acid battery. It has a fully enclosed shell structure, and requires no maintenance during use. It saves the trouble of adding distilled water to the ordinary battery. It is a product that is relatively easy to use.

● Winding lead-acid battery

Many people may not have heard of the wound lead acid battery. The biggest difference between it and the ordinary lead acid battery is its structure. The wound lead acid battery has a spiral structure inside, while the ordinary battery has a flat plate structure. It has the characteristics of large starting power, long service life, fast charging, small self-discharge, strong shock resistance and strong impact. It can work normally in the temperature range of minus 55 ℃ to 75 ℃. In addition, its internal structure is all-solid, so it has strong vibration resistance, and can withstand four times stronger vibration than ordinary batteries.

Its internal structure is spiral, and the electrolyte is completely absorbed by the battery separator, without flowing liquid, so it can be used normally even in the inverted state. In addition, the winding battery can output three times more current than the ordinary battery, which is very suitable for cold start in winter.

In addition, the self-discharge of the coiled battery is very small, and it can even start the vehicle after being stored for a year or two after being fully charged, which is beyond the reach of ordinary batteries. Although the performance of the coiled battery is impeccable, the price is too expensive. At present, it is only used in some high-end passenger cars, and the use of trucks can be almost ignored.
