Since 2013, Tianpeng Power has entered the R&D and manufacturing of automotive power lithium batteries, and successfully entered the industry specification catalogue of automotive power batteries of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming the core supplier of many electric vehicle manufacturers. The reporter learned that the Baojun E100 was officially launched on July 21, 2017. Supported by the strength of SAIC-GM-Wuling, the E100 sold more than 10000 vehicles in just half a year, ranking the first in the country in the sales of pure electric vehicles for four consecutive months, and becoming a real explosion of electric vehicles. With the improvement of the endurance mileage of the 2018 model and the upgrade of the battery pack system, the sales of the Baojun E100 may explode again.
