On April 11, Shengda Electric announced that on March 27, the company signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Dofluoro (Jiaozuo) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dofluoro"), and both parties agreed to establish a long-term strategic partnership on the basis of complementary advantages and mutual benefit.

It is understood that, according to the exclusive provisions of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement signed by the two parties, Dofluoro will use its own advantages and resources to provide Shengda Electric with lithium iron phosphate power lithium batteries. In addition, Shengda Electric will only use the power battery provided by Dofluoro for the later order of ship power system.

According to the data, Shengda Electric was founded on May 20, 2001 and landed on the New Third Board on December 16, 2015. At present, it belongs to the basic level, and the transaction mode is agreement transfer. Its main business is the research and development, production and sales of ordinary motors, high-efficiency motors and special motors.

If all of these ships use the oil-to-electricity project, they can reduce fuel consumption by more than 9000 tons per year, reduce emissions of 27000 tons of carbon dioxide, 900 tons of sulfide, 1500 tons of nitrogen oxide, and 140 million cubic meters of tail gas containing PM10/PM2.5 particles, and the total emissions will be 25% lower than the average level of 2013-2014.

In addition, as the high-power pure electric version becomes more and more feasible, the application scope of electric ships will be further expanded.

Cut into the marine power sector and add new exports of multi-fluoro power batteries

In addition, in response to the investors' questions, the relevant person in charge of PFT said that at present, PFT has begun to develop all-solid-state battery technology. At the same time, in order to seize the development opportunities of the industry, the company continues to expand the capacity of lithium-ion batteries. The capacity utilization rate of the company's lithium-ion battery from 2014 to 2016 and 2017 was 41%, 71%, 81% and 98% respectively, and the capacity utilization rate continued to increase.

In the context of the expansion of the layout of lithium batteries, the strategy of starting from lithium batteries to build the whole industry chain has also been seen in recent years.

In September 2015, Dofluoro acquired 72.5% of the equity of Red Star Motor with 160 million yuan, and then used 200 million yuan of its own funds to further increase the capital of Red Star Motor. Through the acquisition of Red Star Motor, Dofluoro has the production capacity of new energy vehicles, trucks, SUPs, MPVs, minivans and minivans, and has obtained relevant qualifications.

Shortly after the acquisition of Red Star, the company set the goal of producing 30000 electric vehicles by 2017 and more than 100000 electric vehicles by 2018.

Since then, the company has reached strategic cooperation agreements with many new energy sharing vehicles to further expand its layout in new energy vehicles.

Now, in addition to lithium batteries and new energy vehicles, through the cooperation with Shengda Electric, the territory of Dofluoro will expand to the field of marine power system.
