On September 21, with the strong support and cooperation of Qingdao Marine Development Bureau and Laixi Economic Development Zone, the signing and unveiling ceremony of the waste lithium battery comprehensive utilization project of Qingdao Kinnod Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Laixi Economic Development Zone.

Qingdao Kinnaud Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, is a high-tech company with the only lithium battery R&D expert workstation in Qingdao, specializing in lithium battery pack, R&D and sales, and deep into lithium battery application fields such as comprehensive utilization of new energy vehicles, marine power lithium battery packs, household energy storage, photovoltaic energy storage, etc. It has more than 30 patents related to lithium batteries, and has participated in the development of group standards for lithium battery recycling and cascade utilization.

The comprehensive utilization project of waste lithium batteries of Qingdao Kinnaud Technology Co., Ltd. is planned to have a total investment of 250 million yuan, covering an area of 30 mu, and will be constructed in two phases. It is estimated that the annual output value will reach 370 million yuan and the tax revenue will reach 18 million yuan after reaching the production capacity. It will solve the employment of 300 people, including more than 60 disabled people.
