Specifically, in terms of the power lithium battery recycling business, FAW Asset and Tianqi Co., Ltd. will jointly establish a power lithium battery recycling system, jointly build and share a recycling service network, improve the standard recycling level, optimize the after-sales service system for FAW Asset products, and jointly expand and strengthen the power lithium battery recycling and recycling business.

Specifically, the two sides will rely on the existing joint venture Changchun FAW Tianqi Process Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. as a cooperation platform to lead the establishment of the first business cooperation base in Changchun to carry out the recovery, testing, repair, cascade utilization, disassembly, and crushing businesses of power lithium batteries. In the future, based on business development needs, the two sides will establish multiple resource recovery and utilization bases in important customer concentration areas and key cities of FAW assets, Further improve the business layout of recycling services.

In terms of automobile core parts remanufacturing business, both parties will jointly build a platform for automobile core parts remanufacturing business, expand the channels for automobile core parts remanufacturing business, and jointly create a leading domestic automobile core parts remanufacturing business.

Tianqi Co., Ltd. stated that this cooperation will help the company expand the business channels of remanufacturing core automotive components and further develop the remanufacturing business of core automotive components; It is helpful for the company to take the lead in opening the construction of the power lithium battery recycling system, expand the power lithium battery recycling channels, and further expand the scale of the power lithium battery recycling and utilization industry.

Tianqi Automobile Aftermarket Business achieved sales revenue of 609 million yuan in the first half of the year, up 1087.31% year-on-year. In terms of the power lithium battery recycling business, the profitability of the company's core subsidiaries, Jintaige and Tianqi Lithium, increased significantly in the first half of the year, with a total of 545 million yuan of newly signed orders.

In terms of lithium battery recovery projects, Tianqi Lithium has successfully completed the expansion work in the first half of the year, increasing its annual production of lithium carbonate from 1150 tons to 2000 tons.

In addition, on June 24th, Tianqi announced that the company and its subsidiaries planned to build a new production project in Longnan Economic Development Zone with an annual output of 30000 tons of ternary precursor and 12000 tons of battery grade lithium carbonate. The total investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan, of which the fixed assets investment is 2.5 billion yuan.
