Both parties jointly explore the application scenarios of the power exchange mode for commercial vehicle products, explore the market prospects of power exchange products, including but not limited to the development of power exchange heavy truck leads, power exchange sanitation garbage trucks, and waste trucks, and jointly promote the development of new energy commercial vehicles and supporting charging and replacement power station products.

According to market demand and product meaning, jointly complete the formulation of technical routes and methods for commercial models of the power exchange series, engineering development, and product validation to ensure product competitiveness; Jointly complete the formulation of technical routes and methods for power exchange stations, power exchange modules, mobile energy vehicles, and charging port products, as well as engineering development and verification, to ensure that the products developed by both parties can achieve interconnection and improve the success rate of product power exchange.

It is planned that within the next three years, both parties will work together to achieve the sales of more than 3000 Geely commercial vehicle models. The company is responsible for constructing more than 60 replacement power stations to ensure the normal operation of the project.

GCL Energy Technology stated that the signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement aims to achieve mutual complementarity and resource sharing between the two partners.
