On the evening of July 22nd, Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that its subsidiary Yiwei Power planned to sign a "contract" with the Jingmen High tech Zone Management Committee to invest and construct four major projects in Jingmen High tech Zone, as follows:

1. 3GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project and 0.7GWh cylindrical ternary lithium battery production line and auxiliary facilities project;

2. 3GWh square lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project;

3. 4GWh ternary square lithium battery production line and auxiliary facilities project;

4. 1.5GWh ternary square lithium battery production line and process testing institute project.

The total fixed assets investment of the above projects is about 2.45 billion yuan.

On June 10th, Yiwei Lithium Energy and the Jingmen High tech Zone Management Committee had reached a cooperation agreement, and both parties signed the Strategic Investment Agreement.

According to the agreement, Yiwei Lithium Energy and its subsidiaries plan to invest in the construction of a new energy power storage battery industrial park with an annual output of 104.5GWh in Duodao District, Jingmen (including 11GWh of completed production, 11GWh of under construction production, and 82.5GWh of planned investment and construction in stages), and introduce a lithium-ion power storage battery supporting industry according to production needs; The Management Committee of Jingmen High tech Zone provides necessary support and assistance for the construction of the New Energy Power Storage Battery Industrial Park and the introduction of the lithium-ion power storage battery supporting industry.

This investment in the construction of a new project signifies further cooperation between Yiwei Lithium Energy and the Jingmen High tech Zone Management Committee.

In the field of materials, on July 9th, Yiwei Lithium Energy issued two consecutive notices, winning two raw material jigsaw puzzles.

On July 9th, Yiwei Lithium announced that the company's board of directors had approved the proposal to establish a joint venture with Jinkunlun to construct lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide projects.

According to the announcement, Yiwei Lithium plans to acquire a 28.125% stake in Jinkunlun. After the acquisition is completed, Yiwei Lithium will become its second largest shareholder. It is understood that Jinkunlun's main business is lithium metal, with a planned annual production of 3000 tons and an existing annual production of 1000 tons.

At the same time, Yiwei Lithium Energy also signed an Investment Agreement with Jin Kunlun, proposing to establish a joint venture company in Qinghai Province, with a phased investment of 1.8 billion yuan to construct a project with an annual output of 30000 tons of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide, including the first phase of the project with an annual output of 10000 tons of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide.

Secondly, on July 9th, Yiwei Lithium announced the "Notice on Related Party Transactions Regarding the Acquisition of 5% Equity of Dahua Chemical and Joint Investment with Related Parties", intending to sign an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Gengxin Lianchuang to acquire the 5% equity of Dahua Chemical held by Gengxin Lianchuang for 110 million yuan.

According to reports, the area of Dachaidan Salt Lake is about 240 square kilometers, and Dahua Chemical enjoys the mining rights of Dachaidan Salt Lake. The mining rights cover an area of 89.7505 square kilometers, and the mining types include boron ore, potassium ore, lake salt, lithium, and bromine.

On the evening of June 20th, Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that the company had signed a "Share Subscription Agreement" with Trude (300001. SZ) and its controlling subsidiaries. We plan to subscribe for 1.37 million shares of the newly issued shares of Special Power at a price of RMB 14.60 per share, with a total subscription price of RMB 20.02 million. Among them, RMB 1.37 million will be included in the registered capital of Special Power and RMB 18.632 million will be included in the capital reserve of Special Power.

After the completion of this capital increase, Yiwei Lithium Energy will hold 0.1473% of the equity of Tedian.

In terms of external supply, Yiwei Lithium Energy has also recently secured new orders. On July 13th, Yiwei Lithium announced that the company had recently received a notice from Dongfeng Liuqi regarding the selection of battery pack suppliers for the M6PHEV project. Yiwei Lithium will supply power lithium battery assembly products to Dongfeng Liuqi. The assembly product uses a square ternary battery.

In the latest ranking of installed capacity of power lithium batteries, in the first half of 2021, Yiwei Lithium Energy rose from 8th place in the first half of 2020 to 6th place.
