On the evening of December 13th, Tianyuan Corporation announced its intention to establish a new company to invest in the construction of a 100000 ton/year lithium iron phosphate cathode material project, and to have its subsidiaries support the construction of phosphoric acid and iron phosphate projects based on the actual situation (collectively referred to as the "lithium iron ferrite integrated project").

The announcement shows that the investment entity for the integrated project of 100000 tons of annual production of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials is the newly established company and existing subsidiaries of Tianyuan Group, with an investment amount of 2.389 billion yuan. The project construction period is expected to be 24 months, and the final annual net profit is expected to be 689 million yuan.

It is understood that the advantages of implementing this project by Tianyuan Co., Ltd. lie in the abundant phosphate ore resources of its subsidiary Mabian Infinity Mining Co., Ltd., and the large amount of high-quality iron raw materials produced by the high titanium slag project of its subsidiary Sichuan Pingshan Tianyuan Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., comprehensively solving the iron resource supply of this project. The project will fully leverage the high-quality phosphate and iron resources advantages of Tianyuan Co., Ltd. to solve a stable upstream raw material supply source, which is conducive to reducing production costs.
