Cause of failure

(1) Whether the rolling needles are concentric;

(2) The rolling needle is not perpendicular to the substrate;

(3) The electrode guide plate is not perpendicular or parallel to the substrate;

(4) The final transition roller of the polarizer is not perpendicular to the substrate;

(5) The incoming wave edge is too severe.

Maintenance methods

(1) Measure the concentricity between the 3.5, 4 * 100 round turning steel and the needle sleeve with an accuracy error of 10um;

(2) After the concentricity measurement is completed, use a measuring tool and a right angle ruler to measure the verticality of the rolling needle and the large plate (ensuring at least two directions are perpendicular);

(3) Ensure the verticality and parallelism between the electrode guide plate and the substrate;

(4) Calibrate the verticality of the final transition roller of the polarizer with a square ruler;

(If the roller is indeed not perpendicular to the substrate, shims can be added until it is perpendicular and marked; note: it is absolutely necessary not to add shims or randomly pad)

(5) Replace the polarizer.
