Specifically, the winning projects include the Honeycomb Energy Cutting and Stacking Integrated Machine project (176 million yuan), as well as the Honeycomb Energy Suining Factory MEBVDA and Energy Storage Square Lithium Battery Envelope Testing Line procurement project (34 million yuan).

According to data, Kerui Technology was established in 2001 and is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production, sales, and technical services of industrial automation equipment, as well as the manufacturing of precision components. The product is widely used in industries such as mobile terminals, new energy, e-cigarettes, automobiles, hard drives, healthcare, food, and logistics. It entered the new energy lithium battery business field in 2007.

In terms of performance, in the first half of this year, Kerui Technology achieved a revenue of 1.084 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.73%; The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 92.91 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 24%. Among them, the new energy business achieved a sales revenue of 307 million yuan, accounting for 28.3% of the revenue, a year-on-year increase of 123.36%.

It is understood that in addition to Honeycomb Energy, CATL and Ningde New Energy are also important customers of Kerui Technology. They provide bare cell pressure forming machines, packaging mylar machines, logistics lines, middle and rear section assembly lines and other equipment for CATL (Jiangsu Times, Times SAIC); We provide products such as lithium battery laminating machine equipment, lithium battery automatic vacuum pump, adhesive winding machine, formation and capacity testing equipment for Ningde New Energy.

In June of this year, CATL's wholly-owned subsidiary Sichuan Times Power Lithium Battery Phase I project was officially put into operation, and Kerui Technology supplied equipment such as blue film wrapping machines for the final process of the base's battery cells.

According to the investor activity record announcement disclosed by Kerui Technology, the company will focus on the development of new energy products, business development, and production investment in the second half of the year.

In terms of product development, there are currently three important lamination processes (Z-lamination, thermal composite lamination, and roll lamination). Kerui Technology's cutting and lamination integrated machine adopts the Z-lamination process, and is currently developing a thermal composite lamination process.

According to the midterm report, in the first half of the year, Kerui Technology launched new products such as the blue film packaging machine and the power lithium battery cutting and stacking integrated machine. The blue film packaging machine has entered mass production and continues to receive multiple customer orders; The development of the power cutting and stacking integrated machine has been completed, waiting for small-scale validation in production scenarios. In addition, a high-speed version of the consumer battery cutting and stacking integrated machine was delivered to the customer, achieving a doubling of the stacking speed. In addition, Kerui Technology is expected to develop the ability to assemble the entire line of square aluminum and soft packaged battery cells in the second half of the year.

In terms of production expansion, Kerui Technology began to reserve and plan production last year. Currently, it is constructing the headquarters industrial park construction project of Shenzhen Guangming and the second phase factory construction project of Chengdu. It is expected that the new production of these two factories will be gradually put into use by the second half of next year, with an overall increase of 100000 square meters of site area, reaching a production reserve of 200000 square meters.
